PRICING   Survey cost varies drastically from property to property depending on many variables, such as: Type of survey and services needed. Availability and adequacy of property records. Previous surveying monuments and mapping. Difficult terrain, heavy foliage and access. Survey complexity and regulatory compliance. Inclement weather and seasonal conditions. Topographical Survey: $500-1500 Flood Plain Map or FEMA/LOMA Certification: $800-1200 Certified Survey Map: $1500-3000 Commercial Construction Staking and Parking Lot Staking: $110 per hour 2 man crew, call for estimate.
